Seen Through (acrylics on photo prints)
"Seen through" can be translated as "discerned" or "pierced." It refers to the fact that someone has seen and understood the essence or truth of a situation or a person.
Through archival photographs and personal images, I attempt to highlight the female-human existence by creating a mysterious world where the female body takes on multiple forms, sometimes dynamic and sometimes dark, always claiming space to become visible by focusing on the posture of bodies and their interactions. These works are the result of a process that focuses on the observation of female existence in space and the search for individual identity.
